The finish brightens with a touch of ripe citrus – peach or mandarin depending on the phenotype – which leaves the throat clean and prevents the profile from becoming purely earthy.

On opening, it’s an explosion of woody and spicy notes, deep earthiness, with undertones of pine and pepper.
